Regina’s PFM Capital Inc. (PFM) and Roynat Equity Partners (Roynat) have announced the successful sale of All-Fab Group (All-Fab) to RONA Inc. (RONA). The sale follows a period of significant growth for All-Fab, achieved in collaboration with PFM, Roynat and the company’s management team.
