Saskatoon's myComply closes $4.5 million USD seed round

myComply, the Saskatoon-based construction software and IoT technology firm, announced on Apr. 6 that the company has closed its seed round investment at $4.5 million USD. The round consists of $1.5 million USD in non-dilutive government grants/investment and $3 million USD from private investors related to the industry.
