Calgary Co-op acquires Ontario-based Care Pharmacies

Calgary Co-op announced on Jan. 2 that it has entered into an agreement to become the majority shareholder of Vaughan, Ont.'s Care Pharmacies. The deal, subject to regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024.
